SINGLE Review: 'Violet' - Sea Girls

'Violet' is the latest single from Sea Girls. It was launched recently on BBC Radio 1 as Annie Mac's Hottest Record In The World.




It's a fast-paced song that has a sense of urgency. “I’m not leaving here without you!,” howls singer Henry Camamile. 

Sea Girls are rising starts in British guitar music and 'Violet' is another great offering.

Speaking of the track, Henry says; “If our other tracks are the shade, then Violet is definitely the light. There is no tortured soul here, just a boy who avoided the inevitable for years, suddenly realises, and throws himself wholeheartedly to someone who’s made for him. Put your face in a sink of ice cold water and that’s how it makes me feel.”

The band will play their biggest ever shows this autumn, with tickets flying out of the door - six dates already sold out. The tour includes a night at the O2 Forum Kentish Town, London on October 10th. Support comes from three-piece The Mysterines. Dates below:
