Fancy Nails

So this wasn’t what I’d planned to write my first ever blog post on but I got my nails done the other day (just in time for Eid) and I was so pleased with the result, I couldn’t help but show them off.

The lovely lady who painted my nails was called Sharnie at the Nails Inc bar in Debenhams in Highcross, Leicester. It cost an eye-watering £18 for an express manicure, which is more than double what I’d normally pay, but I decided to treat myself and I’m so glad I did! There was actually an offer to get the manicure for £10 with the purchase of a nail polish (£11 on average) but I hardly ever do my own nails so I didn’t think it’d be worth it.

I decided to go for a black and gold combo since I love the two colours together and the gold glitter was so sparkly and a brilliant contrast against the black. Annoyingly, I didn’t catch the names of the polishes, but I’ve had a quick look at the Nails Inc website and I think the black shade is called Taxi.

So here are some pictures...
